Club Protocols: COVID-19 Response

Safe Access O'ahu -Effective Sept. 13, 2021

All patrons ages 12 and older and employees will be required to show proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test* within the previous 48 hours to enter. 

Those unable to provide the appropriate documents will not be allowed access to the Club.

Please be prepared to show either your state-approved vaccination card or negative test results upon arrival.

*Day Guests (unaccompanied for dining), Member's Guest (non-resident), and Reciprocal Guests:  Proof of vaccination ONLY will be accepted.  The Pacific Club is not accepting negative test results for these guest categories.  See below for complete guest policies.


Plan for your Visit

Parking Lot Checkpoint

All patrons (car, pedestrian, or bike) are to enter the front gate. 

  • Upon entry, patrons will be directed to the lower lot to have documents checked

  • Please remain in your vehicle

  • Once cleared, the main lot will be available for parking

Take-out Order Pickup

Documentation is NOT required for take-out pickup. Let our staff know you are picking up an order and they will direct you to the appropriate parking location:

  • Main Dining Room and Mangos: Drive thru to porte-cochere

  • Tiare Terrace: Park in the designated 15-minute stall


Vendor Deliveries: 

Deliveries lasting more than 15 minutes within the building will require proof of vaccination or negative test results.  

While The Pacific Club is taking every reasonable safety and sanitation precaution, members and guests understand the contagious nature of COVID-19 and the Club cannot guarantee there is no risk of exposure at the Club.

Health and Safety of Our Members & Guests

  • No one with Covid-19 or flu-like symptoms is permitted to enter the premises (members, guests or staff).

  • Masks are required at all times unless you are actively eating and drinking at your table, playing on the courts or in the pool (see below for Athletic/Kiosk guidelines).

  • Dining reservations are limited to 10 people maximum. (We kindly ask parties to remain with their original reservation and refrain from visiting other tables.)

  • Observe social distancing at all times by keeping 6 feet between yourself and others.

  • Hand sanitizer is available at all dining outlets and throughout the Club.


  • All Members and Guests using the Athletic Facilities must check-in upon arrival with an athletic attendant. Located at the athletic kiosk.

  • Masks are required at all times unless playing on the courts or are in the swimming pool

  • Pool: Open Swim: 15 people max | Lap Swim: 4 people max

  • Courts: singles, doubles & lessons permitted

  • Gym: 15 people max capacity

  • Indoor Fitness Classes: 9 students max unless otherwise specified

  • Massage, Personal Training & Private Lessons available by appointment. *Health screenings required upon arrival.

*Guest Policies

  • Day Guests (unaccompanied for dining): Members must inform their day guest they are required to show proof of vaccination to the front desk before proceeding to any dining facility. Day guests unable to provide proper documentation will not be allowed to enjoy dining privileges.

  • Member’s Guests (non-resident) and Reciprocal Guests: Proof of vaccination will be required to gain access to the Club and can be shown upon registration at the front desk for their guest card. Those who are unable to provide the proper documentation will not be allowed to enjoy guest privileges. 

  • Guests (accompanied): Guests accompanying members while dining or attending functions are strongly urged to be vaccinated, but are not required to show proof of vaccination. **Effective September 13, 2021, all guests accompanying members will be required to show proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results within the previous 48 hours to enter.

Health and Safety of Our Staff

  • All employees will be required to be fully vaccinated by October 15, 2021 or subject to weekly COVID-19 testing if granted religious or health exemption.

  • All staff will be trained on COVID-19 operational and cleaning protocols before working.

  • No one with Covid-19 or flu like symptoms are permitted to enter the premises; all employees must submit to temperature checks and health questions before starting their shift.

  • Masks and PPE will be provided for staff as part of their uniforms.

  • Employee’s interactions will incorporate social distancing.

  • Continuous sanitizing during shift.
