Available Positions:

  • Banquet Server
    • Banquet Server Responsibilities
      • Run food from the kitchen to the banquet venues
      • Assist with food and table prep before the event begins
      • Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performance
      • Serve plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers and other needs
      • Communicate with banquet captains as well as other servers and event organizers
      • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
      • Open wine and take drink orders
      • Clean up venue after event ends and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout tasks
      • Holiday, night and weekend shifts required

      Banquet Server Qualifications
      • High school diploma/GED preferred
      • Minimum 18 years of age
      • Previous waitstaff experience a plus
      • Knowledge of catering practices preferred
      • Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment
      • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
      • Serving or hospitality experience preferred

  • Bartender
    • Bartender Responsibilities:
      The regular duties include but are not limited to making fresh juices, high end craft coffee and alcoholic drinks. Bartender is responsible for stocking and restocking bar each shift. Bartender will need to make some syrups and coffees and will also help keep a running par of product used and needed. The bartenders main responsibility is stay behind the bar but should assist both guests and co-workers if needed on the floor. Holidays, weekends and some nights required as business dictates.
      • Stocking & stock rotation
      • Syrup and juice production
      • Maintaining a clean working area & leaving it cleaner then you found it
      • Exact execution of craft coffee and alcohol recipes
      • Help and back up any day banquet bar needs
      • Take any tables in the lounge area
      • Follow all statutory and/or Group Health and Safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations.

      Physical Demands and Work Environment:
      • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
      • Ability to carry trays of beverages
      • Standing on feet for up to 8 hours
      • Continuous repetitive motions.
      • Work in hot, humid, and noisy environment.

      Education and Experience:
      • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
      • Bartending and/or serving experience, preferably in a professional member-servicing environment

  • Cook
    • Cook Responsibilities
      • Perform routine tasks for Cook/Pantry personnel
      • Serve food items on the buffet line
      • Assist in setting up and breaking down the buffet line
      • Expedite orders in a timely manner
      • Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
      • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
       Ensure daily inspection of food preparation to ensure proper rotation of food items
      • Measure and assemble ingredients for menu item
      • Assist Cooks and Sous Chef in other duties as assigned
      • Adhere to all Pacific Club standards and policies to achieve service excellence

      Cook Requirements
      • Culinary school training
      • 2+ years’ experience as a Cook
      • Able to read and follow standardized recipes
      • Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
      • Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere

  • Food Runner/Busser
    • Food Runner/Busser Responsibilities:
      • Running/expediting food
      • Keeping the "server prep" area clean and organized
      • Bussing tables
      • Assisting in servicing bartenders stock as needed
      • Servicing Member and guest requests as needed Holiday, night and weekend shifts required.

      • High school diploma/GED preferred
      • Minimum 18 years of age
      • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
      • Good customer service skills
      • Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment
      • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on feet for 4-5 hour shifts
      • Food service or hospitality experience preferred

      Part Time Hours Available
  • Kiosk Attendant
    • Kiosk Attendant Duties and Responsibilities
      • Provides excellent customer service to all members and guests using the athletics facility
      • Greets all guests and members and upkeeps the sign-in sheet
      • Maintains a safe and clean environment throughout all athletic areas
      • Communicates respectfully and clearly with management, staff, members and guests
      • Input charges to point of sale system
      • Provides drink and snack service for the members
      • Answers the phone
      • Enforces all club policies and rules
      • Stays informed about current fitness classes and programs being offered to help promote member participation and answer members’ questions.
      • Stocks locker room amenities and towels daily
      • Washes towels and members’ workout clothes

      Kiosk Attendant Requirements
      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Able to lift up to 45lbs
      • Team player
      • Positive attitude
      • Must be a good communicator and able to work independently
      • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to work in a kiosk that is open air
      • Must be able to take and pass a food handlers test to serve beer and wine
      • CPR and First Aid certified or will need to take a CPR and First Aid certification course
