Allow Executive Chef Eric Leterc to spoil you with his culinary expertise. He has created extensive menu selections featuring an exquisite variety of dishes that showcase his distinct culinary style. The food is eclectic with flavors that are simple, yet unique. Chef Eric takes a classic dish and gives it a modern flare. "I believe in quality ingredients," says Chef Eric. Fresh local products are always his first pick. "Quality food and service are always a top priority. This is what makes our Club a leader in our field. For informal business meetings, to professional seminars, to extravagant cocktail receptions, The Pacific Club promises a first class experience. Our Catering experts will transform one of our more than eight banquet venues into meeting or event of your highest expection. Whether it's a modest party of ten or a reception for 600, our Catering team offers personalized consultation in the selection of menus, entertainment, and décor. DRESS CODE
Members and guests must adhere to the Club’s dress code policy as follows: Business, Business Casual, and Aloha Attire are acceptable for both men and women. Jeans, shorts, collarless shirts, gym shoes, rubber slippers, open toed shoes for men, and any other clothing that would be considered revealing are NOT PERMITTED. Casual attire is permitted at Mangos, Tiare Terrace, and the Athletic Facility area. The sponsoring member/event host is responsible for notifying guests of this policy.  Please click here for complete dress Code policy.
