The Pacific Club offers a variety of venues to suit your business needs. Whether you are looking for an intimate luncheon setting or a casual cocktail reception setting, we have a room guaranteed to fit your needs.

  • Ewa & Diamond Head Rooms

      Capacity 12 – 14 max. White Board.
      F&B Minimum: $75 - 6:30 am to 4:30 pm | $150 - 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm
      These two rooms flank our main dining room. The Ewa Room overlooks the Lawn and the Diamond Head Room gives you a view of the Pool.

      The first room you see as you enter the Club to the right, this room offers the flexibility of an open-air feel or the option to close the doors for a private meeting. Maximum seating is 14 with an F&B Minimum of $200.

  • Courtyard Dining Room

      Nestled between the Card Room and the Main Dining Room, this room provides an enclosed meeting area as well as direct access to the cocktail lanai. Maximum seating is 24 with an F&B Minimum of $200.

  • Cleghorn Presidents' Room

      Connected to the Card Room, this room can be utilized by itself or for a larger group in conjunction with the Card Room. This room offers a variety of seating arrangements. With conference seating, maximum amount of people is 24. With round tables, this room seats 32. With a U-shape arrangement, 26 can fit. With classroom or theater seating, this room fits 30. F&B Minimum of $200.

      This room provides an enclosed meeting area as well as direct access to the cocktail lanai. Seating is available in multiple arrangements: 28 people in conference seating (as shown above), round tables fit a total of 100 people, U-shape or classroom seating fits 40, and theater seating fits 80. F&B Minimum of $700.

  • Main Dining Room (including the lawn)

      This is our primary venue, with a central location in the Clubhouse in an open-air setting and ample seating options. Classroom seating fits 60 and theater seating fits 80. Maximum seating is 220 with an F&B Minimum of $5,000. Cocktail reception setting on the lawn can fit 100-800.

  • Mangos (including the lawn)

      Popular for receptions, Mangos offers an open-air setting with views of Honolulu. F&B Minimum of $1,800 with a maximum seating of 40 with the existing setup or 100 as a reception.

      Club Closed Periods - Saturday Morning & Afternoon, Sunday All Day, and Monday Evenings.

      Complete the Deposit Slip form for any function held in the Main Dining Room, Card Room, and Mangos/Lawn.



Deposits are non-refundable & are due two weeks from date of event booking.
